Registration for meetings is necessary for all who wish to attend. Seating is extremely limited and we urge those who wish to attend to register as soon as possible by sending in their registration form and fee payment:

All selected presenters who are U.S. residents must be members of the American Synesthesia Association.

Registration Fees Received after September 5, 2008 or at the door:

$135.00 (ASA Members)
$135.00 (All McMaster University Faculty)
$150.00 (Non Members)
$ 35.00 (Students with current valid ID)


For Canadian, European, South American, New Zealand "At the Door" conference registrants ONLY:

If you register 'at the door' on Friday or Saturday you will now be able to pay the posted registration fee in Canadian dollars, (cash only). The posted registration fee will be adjusted to reflect the equivalent amount in US dollars based on the exchange rate at the time.

For American conference registrants, "At the Door" or sent to the ASA in NYC:

Please pay in US dollars. Cash; check or money orders made out to the American Synesthesia Association, Inc. are acceptable. All registration fees SENT to the ASA in New York City, must be payable to the ASA in US dollars.

If you are attending the banquet dinner, please make sure your check reaches the ASA by September 20th or we can not guarantee a seat for you at the dinner.

Banquet Dinner, September 27, 2008

On Saturday evening, September 27, 2008, following the Museum exhibition and reception there will be a three course banquet dinner, with wine and dessert.

If you wish to attend the dinner, please list your name here _______________________________ and include an additional sum of $62.00 US.

We'd love to see you at the banquet and, as you know, it is always a pleasure to have the extra time a meal allows to visit with friends and network with others interested in synesthesia. The banquet will cost an additional $62 US or 62 CAD. There are a limited number of seats available for this dinner so we need to know if you will attend. To hold your place, please make sure your check is made out to the American Synesthesia Association and received by September 20. Canadians ONLY should make their out check for the banquet dinner, in Canadian dollars, to: The University Club, McMaster University. Please send it to the ASA in NYC, address above.
